  1. No kidding, it's a long way to fall and hard when you hit. I rode a camel in Egypt many years ago. Nasty beasts on the whole.

    Happy weekend to you Colin.

  3. Teeheehee! And for the record, the one and only time I've ridden on a camel, I didn't have a helmet -- plastic or otherwise -- on! ;)

  6. Aloha!!
OMG..If I didn't read the bottom description-I'd think you were saying the camel was plastic. How funny. Yes helmets are important--didn't know you had to wear one while camel riding. Learn something.

    Have a great weekend.

  9. I think I would want more than just a helmet to ride a camel. FUN photo!

  10. Oh, wow. I'd never thought about needing a helmet when riding a camel, but, of course, I hadn't thought a whole lot about riding a camel!

My plastics are right here: http://blondesherry.blogspot.com/2009/05/photohunt-plastic.html

  11. I would think some anti-nausea medication would also be helpful with all that swaying back and forth, back and forth. Mine is up here.

A piece of plastic that will be good protection against head injury :)

  14. Oops! Your link in the PhotoHunt today (7/18/09) brought me to Plastics rather than Rocks. Cute picture, though.
