ROFLOL!!!! I didn't get it! I missed the caption and I'm going "I don't get it". Which is totally normal for me and where the name Lightening first started. Anyway, then I saw the caption and laughed a LOT. Not sure if it was relief that it wasn't me being so dumb after all or at the joke. But who cares! Laughter is laughter right?

Submarine race watching is an old traditional international sport. Glad to hear it is still popular.
