During our trip back from Canberra we went to the very nice Pioneer Settlement at Swan Hill. Well worth a visit if you get over that way. This caught my eye. A three wheeled Scottish tractor built for five years around 1920 called the Glasgow Tractor. Growing up in rural Scotland, I did not know about them. We were well into Massey Ferguson 535s by the time I was interested in agricultural machinery.
Obviously many must have been exported. I can't see these flat wheels doing too well in the wet and muddy fields so typical of Scottish farming, especially at ploughing time.
