Photo Hunt: Breakfast

Although I joke about Green Porridge, I had never actually had some until this morning. I decided to play a trick on my son, who had asked for porridge for breakfast and get some photographs for the hunt at the same time.

Needless to say, he was non too keen. Me, I thought it was just fine.
As for other green delicacies here in South Australia, I can recommend the pie floater from Villi's 24 hour cafe just of South Road. You can have it for breakfast.

Happy hunting and happy eating too :D

Crikey mate! My sister once did that with scrambled eggs. It looked very interesting! We were working with food colouring yesterday in Science as we were making rainbows wih jello after studying how rainbows are formed.

Does your wife do her digital scrapping on line? I'm with The Digital Scrapbook Place.

I print all of mine up into coffee table books with blurb.com

Porridge of any shade is anathema to me. Toast and coffee, especially the latter.

What did you use to make it green? It looks like that green gel you can grow plants in.

For a moment I thought it was St Patrick's day all over again. So what is the story to the blog's name? Is is stuck in the archives somewhere? Point me in the right direction.

I used to live within walking distance of the Vili's cafe. Their freshly made hot chips are the best! The vanilla slices aren't bad either.
I love the green porridge idea. I eat porridge every morning, maybe for St Patricks day I'll do a green batch.
