The MEP told a jury that Tauriq Khalid, of Burnley, Lancs, called him a “white -------“ and pointed his fingers at him like a gun during a BNP demonstration in the town last year.
He said that he viewed the gesture as a “direct threat” to his safety which forced him to abandon the demonstration on the advice of his private security guards.
