Amazing how some people are able to completely ignore their own limits. After having turned Zimbabwe into a total basket case in every aspect, he still thinks he is above it all and should be loved by the people. I suspect he was totally convinced that the people would vote him in back again, and got a nasty shock when that was not the case. Sad, though, that there are enough thugs to prop him up. And yes, I agree with James, the responsibility lies both within and outside the country.

How such monsters get in and hold on to power - you have to look at who is NOT putting pressure on from outside - they're equally culpable.
