I was going to mention that. Also Colin, slight correction - pie floaters are Victorian - all pubs serve them.
Not to be too parochial, but not one mention of Pie Floaters here
That said, they are tasty.
Pie floaters look like a kitchen accident. It's no wonder you can't get one until the wee hours of the night, when only alcohol will dull the pain....
