Flannery Weighs in on Rainfall Distribution in Australia

Tim Flannery, Australian of the Year 2007 starts a debate calling for more research into the exact causes of changes in rainfall pattern in Australia. Some politicians have called for the wholesale relocation of agricultural operations to the northern parts of Australia, where rainfall has increased dramatically. Not so fast says Mr Flannery.
