I posted on this at the Blogpower blog. Basically blog carnivals are just link fests, with a common theme. This one is just related to Australia, but the range of issues can be very varied. As long as there is some connection to Australia, fair go. Certainly not limited to Australians. I am not Australian, although I have to live and work with them, including my family and relatives.
So all you have to do to participate in a Carnival is to write a blog post and send the link to the carnival organiser, along with a very large payment and you are guaranteed fame and fortune for at least three days. Well at least a boost for your ego and a few visitors. Fun and easy, since the links come to you, not like James' Blogfocus, where he has to go look for them.
