Balanced Diet

This was my kids idea of a balanced diet as we waited to eat Sushi at lunchtime. The Latte was lovely. Ryan was bummed that we weren't going to have a hot dog, but he really enjoyed trying different Sushi from the moving snake. Hannah was in heaven. She had been bugging me for a week.

The last time I drank 'death juice' was when I was in the west. It's not that the bad-carbo foods aren't available - they are and there's a growing problem with the children over these but there's not tradition for them and for that I'm so grateful.

Before I came over here I was eating my way to an early grave and to have to actually consume good [as in unprocessed, sugar, saturated fat and salt free] foods took some doing. At first.

Now that's all I eat and tea is the tipple, apart from the occasional whiskey. And flavour in the food? Herbs and spices.

Yeah James

The kids would never get away with it with Elizabeth. They are both very healthy and perfectly proportioned for their weight. We fight against the pressure to do fast food, sugar etc. I just indulge them a little and they know I will say yes. It is a good thing that there is another parent around to say no.

Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up.

The words in your article seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer.
I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you know.
The design and style look great though! Hope you get the problem fixed
soon. Cheers
