Smugness Quotient set to Rise
The ABC showed the Great Global Warming Swindle this week, along with panel discussions and interviews with some of the players. Very PC in balancing inferred bias in the documentary with plenty of criticism from learned fellows. I didn't see much of it myself and I don't have a strong view, but it was clear that everybody in the audience seemed to have a very fixed opinion.
Pommygranate has a great summary of events. This video showed up in the comments. Regardless of where you sit in the debate it is very funny.

Ours is not the only planet experiencing global warming which seems to indicate that said warming is not all our fault.It may just be a natural planetary progression, much as the ice age was, since the earth was green and growing before that and has gone through much since.
