Scottish kilt wearers now will be troubled by more than a stiff breeze. With EU laws protecting endangered species, they must have a licence for the sporran, or fur pouch, on their belts, proving that the animal was killed lawfully.
My sporran is a dead seal killed by my mums lunatic psychotic and out of control former husband. Knowing him, I am sure it was killed in a fit of rage. I will be applying to the EU for dispensation due to lack of documentation.
What madness. Can we make a Sporran out of an EU Bureaucrat? Hopefully they will soon be an endangered species.
And as for the Gentleman, will he be asked to surrender his Sporran if found to be violating these new laws?
