The White House brushed off an apparent snub, with President Bush again not invited to blow out President Castro's birthday candles. Instead Castro has chosen Venezualan Uber Democrat Hugo Chavez to spend the day with. Happy Birthday Dear Comrade.....
White House Spokesman Tony Snow was disappointed that the last world leader to respect Dubya wouldn't share his Birthday Cake with him. This is a massive blow to western democracy he said.
