Almost swimming time in our pool. Still pretty cool at night however.

What 18 degrees? LOL. I'm sure they are looking forward to it and the water is very blue and inviting. Happy weekend and hope Halloween was a big success or does it not happen there?

I wish 1) we had a pool and 2) swimming was achuievable without risk of hypothermia! Gerat take on this week's theme Colin

This photo was taken about a month ago on a hot day. The kids were convinced that the water would be warm. Not so. It is still pretty cool because of the cold nights.

The pool came with the house. We would never have put one in. They are water guzzlers and take a lot of time to maintain, compared to the amount that they are used.

They probably wouldn't like it if you kept fish in it - unless you made them clean it. The fish keep themselves clean.

That's such a neat shot, the blue of the water and the blue of the cover.

You have a swimming pool, we have an inflatable paddling pool (usable 50 days per year).

Emigration. Discuss!
