Where I don't get my stuff done

This is why I could never work from home. I am lucky in that I can, but I find that I follow this pattern pretty closely. So I am better off getting in the car and driving half an hour and actually showing up in my office.

It is actually more fun since I like (most of) the people I work with.

I'll be back after I make a cup of coffee.

Thanks for these very professional procrastination tips Chris Garrett.

Well then there's the chat factor at the "office". It always used to amaze me because I worked with a lot of people, between 15 to 20 on any one shift, how much time was spent in needless chat. Yes I did it too, but it was also interesting to watch others working very hard at not actually doing the work and hoping others would do it.
